Telesupport
Telesupport is a monitoring and rapid response service which helps people to continue to live safely at home with a range of conditions which may need to be monitored. Telesupport uses state-of-the-art technology to detect accidents such as falls in the home; medical incidents such as strokes or heart attacks; and hazards such as fire, floods, and unwanted intruders. Telesupport ensures that the right people are alerted to an incident to provide the most appropriate response. Our aim is that should a telesupport user need help, we will get the right help to them as quickly as possible.
Telesupport covers a wide range of equipment for a multitude of purposes. These include monitoring people at risk in their own homes, buildings security, remote sound and vision telecommunication; all monitored by people specially trained to interpret alert signals and messages and to mobilise the right response.
